Vbscript writing to text file

Obviously the account running the script needs write access to the folder. If you're using windows vista or 7, chances are you do not have permission to write files in the root of the drive. Consider also that it is not considered "polite" for an installed program to make files outside of its working directories unless directed to do so specifically by the user.
